The two ends of the reinforced cement slab (6) are fixedly connected with the foundation piles (3) through the connecting rods (5) to form interconnection of the square-shaped base. The reinforced cement boards are additionally arranged between the foundation piles, and the reinforced cement boards and the connecting rods jointly form anti-sedimentation and anti-displacement of the high-pressure tower multi-base.
