Single-sided stainless steel composite plate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a stainless steel composite plate and a preparation method thereof. The two side edges of the composite layer of the composite board in the Y direction are located in the upper surface of the base layer. The preparation method comprises the steps that two carbon steel billets are prepared to serve as two base materials, the X-direction size of each carbon steel billet is L1, and the Y-direction size of each carbon steel billet is W1; preparing three stainless steel billets as a composite material A, a composite material B and a composite material C respectively; the X-direction sizes of the three parts are L2, the thicknesses of the three parts are T2, and the Y-direction sizes of the three parts are W21, W22 and W23 respectively; the base materials, the composite material A, the composite material B, the composite material C and the base materials are assembled, and the sealing strips surround the four side edges of the middle layer and are welded to the two base materials; and vacuumizing, sealing, heating, rolling, cooling, plate splitting and straightening are conducted on the composite blank base blank, and the stainless steel composite plate is obtained. Therefore, the existing dissimilar welding problem is avoided during use of the stainless steel composite plate, and the stainless steel composite plate is high in firmness, low in production difficulty, low in cost and high in construction efficiency during use.
本发明揭示了一种不锈钢复合板及其制备方法。所述复合板的复层在Y方向上的两侧边均位于所述基层的上表面的内部。所述制备方法包括:准备两块碳钢钢坯作为两块基材,其X方向尺寸为L1、Y方向尺寸为W1;准备三块不锈钢钢坯分别作为复材A、复材B和复材C;三者的X方向尺寸均为L2、厚度均为T2、Y方向尺寸分别为W21和W22和W23;按照基材、复材A和复材B和复材C、基材进行组坯,封条包围在中间层的四侧边且与两块基材焊接;对所述复合坯基坯进行抽真空、封口、加热、轧制、冷却、分板和矫直,得到不锈钢复合板。如此,不锈钢复合板在使用中避免了现有的异种焊接问题,使用中牢固度强、生产难度低、成本低且施工效率高。
