The invention relates to the technical field of vacuum hot rolling, in particular to a double-sided stainless steel 304 and middle carbon steel novel material metal composite tile which is specifically prepared through the following steps that S1, surface cleaning is conducted on stainless steel 304 and carbon steel; s2, the cleaned stainless steel 304 and carbon steel are stacked and combined; s3, the plane combination position of the two stacked materials is subjected to negative pressure vacuum treatment, and then hot rolling compounding is conducted; s4, the hot-rolled new composite material is subjected to cooling treatment and then cold rolling treatment; s5, carrying out ultrasonic flaw detection treatment on the new composite tile material; s6, the new composite tile material is subjected to acid pickling and passivating treatment; and S7, the new composite tile material meeting the standard is cut according to the needed size. By adopting the vacuum compounding, hot rolling and cold press molding processes, the corrosion resistance and the mechanical strength of the product are remarkably improved, meanwhile, the production efficiency and the environmental protection property are optimized, and the attractiveness and the long-term durability are ensured.
