The invention provides improved expansive soil which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 94-94.5 parts of expansive soil, 5 parts of lime and 0.5-1 part of polypropylene plastic waste strips. The invention also provides a preparation method and a construction method of the improved expansive soil. The expansive soil is improved by using the household garbage plastic waste strips and the lime, so that the plastic pollution can be reduced, the cost of the stabilizer for stabilizing the roadbed soil can be reduced, and a new improvement method is developed for reducing engineering disasters caused by the expansive soil. Wherein the polypropylene plastic waste strips give full play to the advantage of softness, play a reinforcing role, rib-soil interface interaction and a plastic waste strip caking effect in an embedding, bending and interweaving manner, and enable the lime to be fully fused and reinforced, so that creep deformation of a soil body in a deformation process is reduced, the strength of the expansive soil can be remarkably improved, and the free expansion rate can be improved; and the damage caused by expansion and shrinkage deformation is reduced. The expansive soil improvement cost can be remarkably reduced, consumption of natural resources is reduced, and wide popularization and application prospects are achieved.
本发明提供一种改良膨胀土,按重量份数计,包括膨胀土94~94.5份、石灰5份和聚丙烯塑料废条0.5~1份。本发明还提供改良膨胀土的制备方法及施工方法。本发明利用生活垃圾塑料废条和石灰来改良膨胀土,既能减少塑料污染,又能降低用于稳定路基土壤的稳定剂的成本,为减少膨胀土引起的工程灾害开拓了新的改良方法。其中,聚丙烯塑料废条充分发挥其柔软的优势,以嵌入、弯曲和交织的形式发挥加筋作用、筋土界面相互作用和塑料废条结块效应,并使石灰充分融合加固,减少了土体在变形过程中的蠕变,能够显著提高膨胀土的强度,改善自由膨胀率,减少因胀缩变形而发生的破坏。本发明能显著降低膨胀土改良成本、减少对自然资源的消耗,具有广阔的推广及应用前景。
