本发明涉及一种拱桥外包混凝土养护系统及养护方法,采用拱桥外包混凝土养护系统对拱桥外包混凝土进行养护,喷雾设备的养护更加方便,且进行第一次混凝土的喷雾养护,等到混凝土表面完全湿润以后,迅速覆盖两布一膜;一方面,雾化的水汽有利于扩散至薄膜中,将潮湿的空气与水分保留在两布一膜内,两布一膜密封性比较好,水分不易流失,使得混凝土表面保持湿润而达到及时补水的目的,养护效果更好,后期只需要对两布一膜进行喷雾,减小养护的环境温差,使得养护区域形成蒸汽养护的环境,保证养护效果即可;另一方面也节约了用水量,降低了成本、节约水资源,且避免成桥前大量的流动水荷载影响,使得养护过程更加安全,且不会影响拱肋质量。
