The invention provides a box type steel sheet pile sinking method which comprises the following steps: firstly, fixing a guide enclosing purlin at a design position; at the position to be subjected to pile sinking, a water jet cutter with a high-pressure water pipe is lifted and hit through a vibration hammer, the water jet cutter is used for damaging a soil body at the position of a pile body, and the resistance and difficulty of pile sinking construction are reduced; secondly, the box-type steel sheet pile to be subjected to pile sinking is hoisted to the preset pile sinking position through a hoisting hammer, the box-type steel sheet pile to be subjected to pile sinking is located in the guide surrounding purlin, and the space between the guide surrounding purlin and the box-type steel sheet pile to be subjected to pile sinking is filled with filler; thirdly, the box-type steel sheet pile to be subjected to pile sinking is sunk to the position not smaller than 0.5 m away from the top face of the guide enclosing purlin through a vibratory hammer, and pile sinking is stopped; and finally, the guide enclosing purlin is moved, a pile feeder is assembled on the impact hammer, the impact hammer is lifted to the top of the box-type steel sheet pile to be subjected to pile sinking through a crane, and pile sinking of the box-type steel sheet pile to be subjected to pile sinking is achieved through the impact hammer. The pile sinking construction efficiency of the box type steel sheet pile is improved, the construction period is shortened, and the influence of pile sinking construction on the surrounding environment is reduced.
本发明提供了一种箱型钢板桩的沉桩方法,包括以下步骤,首先,于设计位置处固定导向围檩;于待沉桩位置处,利用振动锤吊打带有高压水管的水刀,所述水刀用于破坏桩体位置土体,减小沉桩施工的阻力和难度;其次,利用吊装锤将待沉桩箱型钢板桩吊至预定沉桩位置,使其位于导向围檩内,并于导向围檩与待沉桩箱型钢板桩之间填充填充体;再次,通过振动锤将待沉桩箱型钢板桩下沉至距离导向围檩顶面不少于0.5m时停止沉桩;最后移动导向围檩,于冲击锤上组装送桩器,利用吊车起吊冲击锤于待沉桩箱型钢板桩顶部,通过冲击锤实现待沉桩箱型钢板桩沉桩。本发明提高了箱型钢板桩的沉桩施工效率,缩短了工期,减小了沉桩施工对周围环境的影响。
