Cast-in-place pile grouting device and method
The invention relates to the technical field of grouting of cast-in-place piles, and provides a grouting device and method for cast-in-place piles. The grouting mechanism comprises a grouting hose, a vibrating device and a guide steel pipe; the guide steel pipe is positioned in the reinforcement cage; the vibrating device is in sliding fit with the guide steel pipe; the grouting mechanism comprises a grouting device, a grouting steel pipe, a pile end grouting head, a plurality of pile side temporary closing assemblies and a grouting lifting mechanism. The grouting steel pipe is nested in the guide steel pipe, and the top of the grouting steel pipe is connected with a grouting device; a plurality of side grouting holes are formed in the side wall of the guide steel pipe in the vertical direction at intervals; slurry discharging holes are formed in the side wall of the grouting steel pipe; and pile side temporary sealing assemblies are arranged on the inner wall of the grouting steel pipe, and the grouting lifting mechanism is used for lifting the multiple pile side temporary sealing assemblies one by one so as to open the grout discharging holes one by one. The vibrating effect is better, grout is discharged from the grout discharging holes layer by layer to reinforce soil on the side of the pile, grouting is uniform, the grouting pressure is large, and the bearing capacity of a single pile is improved.
