Integrated method for reinforcing loess slope by spraying micro anchor rods
The invention provides a loess slope spraying and micro anchor rod reinforcing integrated method which comprises the following steps: firstly, defining a single guniting area, and determining the guniting amount of the whole guniting area; then, the surface of the steep slope is leveled; determining the length, spacing and size of the micro anchor rods, and drilling to form micro anchor rod holes; and finally, the surface of the slope is solidified through segmented guniting along the steep slope, the grout entering the micro anchor rod holes is solidified to form micro anchor rods, and the grout sprayed to the surface of the steep slope and the micro anchor rods are integrally solidified to protect the slope. The method provided by the invention can effectively prevent rainwater from eroding the loess steep slope to cause spalling diseases, and the method is short in construction period and low in manufacturing cost.
本发明提供一种黄土边坡喷涂微锚杆加固一体化方法,首先划定单次喷浆区域、确定整个喷浆区域的喷浆量;然后对陡边坡进行表面整平;再确定微锚杆长度、间距和大小并进行钻孔,形成微锚杆孔;最后沿陡边坡分段喷浆固化边坡表面,进入所述微锚杆孔内的浆液固化形成微锚杆,喷涂在陡边坡表面的浆液与所述微锚杆一体固化以防护边坡;本发明提出的方法能够有效防止雨水侵蚀黄土陡边坡造成剥落病害,且该方法施工周期短、造价低。
