According to the protection structure and the construction method suitable for crossing the existing shallow-buried subway tunnel on the road, floating or springback deformation of the existing tunnel caused by excavation and unloading above the tunnel is prevented, and the subway tunnel is protected against the influence of vibration loads of vehicles on the road above the tunnel. Comprising an anti-floating structure and a pressure-resistant structure, the anti-floating structure comprises a plurality of anti-floating structure units which are arranged at intervals in the transverse direction of a road, each anti-floating structure unit is composed of prestressed uplift piles and anti-floating rafts, the prestressed uplift piles are located outside the two sides of the existing subway tunnel, and the anti-floating rafts are located above the existing subway tunnel. The top ends of the prestressed uplift piles are fixedly connected into a whole to form a portal frame type structure; the compression-resistant structure is composed of foundation piles and a panel beam, the foundation piles are arranged on the outer sides of the prestressed uplift piles on the two sides at intervals, the panel beam is located above the anti-floating raft and fixedly connected with the foundation piles into a whole, and a gap larger than the vertical settlement value of the panel beam is reserved between the bottom of the panel beam and the anti-floating raft. Transition slabs are arranged between the two transverse sides of the panel beam and the roadbed of the road, and the pavement layer is filled on the panel beam and the transition slabs.
适用于道路上跨既有浅埋地铁隧道的保护结构及施工方法,防止既有隧道因上方挖方卸载引起的上浮或回弹变形,保护地铁隧道免受上方道路车辆振动荷载影响。包括抗浮结构和抗压结构,抗浮结构包括若干沿道路横向间隔设置的抗浮结构单元,各抗浮结构单元由预应力抗拔桩和抗浮筏板构成,预应力抗拔桩位于既有地铁隧道两侧外,抗浮筏板位于既有地铁隧道上方,与各预应力抗拔桩顶端固结为一体形成门架式结构;抗压结构由基础桩和面板梁构成,基础桩在两侧预应力抗拔桩外侧间隔设置,面板梁位于抗浮筏板上方与各基础桩固结为一体,底部与抗浮筏板之间留有大于面板梁竖向沉降值的间隙;面板梁横向两侧与道路路基之间设置搭板,路面层填筑于面板梁、搭板之上。
