本发明公开了一种屋面或楼面层预留洞口免支模封堵防护装置及方法。属于建筑施工技术领域，包括装置本体，所述装置本体侧壁上开设有多个预留孔，且装置本体配有一块混凝土抽板；固定基座，设置于装置本体底部，所述固定基座底部开设有卡槽，所述卡槽与混凝土抽板对应配合。本发明通过将装置放在需要预留孔洞的现浇面模板上，由固定基座与模板进行固定，再将钢筋穿过钢筋及后浇混凝土结合面预留孔，该预留孔在现浇面浇筑混凝土前先用拦灰网进行封堵，待得混凝土浇筑完成后再剔除，解决了传统做法中后浇混凝土结合面易渗水的问题。
