The invention provides a step-by-step lifting building assembly work platform which is used for solving the problems that in the prior art, an assembly work platform is independently provided with a lifting frame, a lifting device and an anti-falling device, and the device is complex in structure, high in cost and poor in stability. Comprising a plurality of assembly units arranged between two concrete columns of a building to be constructed, and each assembly unit comprises a lifting frame, an anti-falling lifting assembly and a positioning guide assembly; the anti-falling lifting assembly comprises two sets of limiting mechanisms connected through a pushing hydraulic cylinder, and the two sets of limiting mechanisms are engaged with limiting tooth sections on limiting columns for limiting. The positioning guide assembly comprises two guide mechanisms arranged at the two ends of the lifting frame correspondingly. Through cooperation of the two sets of limiting mechanisms, the pushing hydraulic cylinders and the limiting tooth sections, step-by-step lifting of the lifting frame is achieved, in the lifting or descending process of the lifting frame, the lifting frame is limited in the vertical direction through one or more sets of limiting mechanisms all the time, and the device is simple in structure and high in safety and stability.
