According to the main technical scheme, the isolation transformer comprises an input end and a plurality of output ends; the line control module is arranged among the plurality of output ends, so that the plurality of output ends can be matched and communicated according to power requirements; the intelligent power-on and power-off control module is connected with the input end and is used for controlling the on-off state of the isolation transformer through the input end; and the plurality of heating devices are respectively connected with the plurality of output ends and are used for heating steel rails on two sides in all or part of the steel rail groups in the turnout area, so that snow covering the rail surfaces of the steel rails on the two sides is melted. The isolation device is used for isolation of the turnout heating equipment.
