The invention discloses an interface agent for enhancing interface cohesiveness of a tunnel spray layer-surrounding rock in a cold region. The interface agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-110 parts of cement, 40-50 parts of water, 5-10 parts of silica powder, 1-3 parts of a silane coupling agent, 10-14 parts of water-based acrylate peritoneal adhesive and 4-8 parts of bamboo liquefied phenolic resin. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the interface agent for enhancing the cohesiveness of the cold region tunnel spraying layer-surrounding rock interface. The problems that most interface agents in the prior art are low in bonding strength, poor in erosion resistance and poor in low-temperature flexibility are solved, and particularly, the interface agents are prone to freezing at the temperature below-5 DEG C, and the damage phenomenon is generated are solved.
本发明公开了一种增强寒区隧道喷层‑围岩界面粘结性的界面剂,由以下重量份的原料组合而成:水泥90~110份,水40~50份,硅微粉5~10份,硅烷偶联剂1‑3份,水性丙烯酸酯腹膜胶10‑14份,竹材液化酚醛树脂4‑8份。本发明还公开了一种增强寒区隧道喷层‑围岩界面粘结性的界面剂的制备方法。本发明解决了现有技术中存在的界面剂大多粘结强度低,抗侵蚀能力差、低温柔性差的问题,特别是在‑5℃以下易冻结,产生破坏现象。
