The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-cohesiveness geopolymer coating for a cement-based surface, which comprises the following steps: mixing sodium silicate and H2O to obtain a transparent alkali activator; the method comprises the following steps: weighing slag and an alkali activator, and then mixing and stirring to obtain a flowing geopolymer precursor; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing an organic material and nano TiO2 in water to obtain a modified solution; adding the modified liquid into a geopolymer precursor to obtain a super-hydrophobic coating; and after curing for 28 days, brushing or spraying the prepared super-hydrophobic coating on the surface of the cement-based material to prepare the cement-based super-hydrophobic surface coating. According to the preparation method of the high-cohesiveness geopolymer coating for the cement-based surface, the prepared geopolymer super-hydrophobic cement-based coating meets the requirement of a super-hydrophobic material, a novel inorganic coating geopolymer is utilized, the bonding strength of the coating and a base is improved, and the high-cohesiveness geopolymer coating has excellent cohesiveness and can be used as a super-hydrophobic coating for the cement-based surface. The method has the advantages of simple process, high efficiency, no toxicity, environmental protection, low carbon and the like.
本发明公开了一种用于水泥基表面的高粘结性地质聚合物涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将硅酸纳和H2O混合,得到透明的碱激发剂;称取矿渣和碱激发剂,然后混合搅拌,得到呈流动状的地质聚合物前驱体;将有机材料和纳米TiO2在水中混合,得到改性液;将改性液加入地质聚合物前驱体得到超疏水涂料;在养护28d后水泥基材料的表面刷涂或喷涂制备好的超疏水涂料,制得水泥基超疏水表面涂层。本发明采用上述的一种用于水泥基表面的高粘结性地质聚合物涂层的制备方法,制备的地质聚合物超疏水水泥基涂料满足超疏水材料的要求,利用一种新型无机涂料地质聚合物,提高了涂层与基地的结合强度,具有优异的粘结性,同时具有工艺简单、高效无毒和环保低碳等优点。
