The invention discloses a semi-sand vacuum combined preloading construction method, which is characterized in that an ultra-large-area foundation to be treated is divided into a plurality of construction subareas by arranging clay sealing walls, so that flow construction is favorably formed, and the construction period is shortened. The clay sealing wall around each subarea improves the sealing performance of the vacuum surcharge loading area, and smooth construction of vacuum pumping is guaranteed. The medium-coarse sand is backfilled in the containing ditch to replace a traditional sand cushion layer, the cost of a large amount of medium-coarse sand is reduced, meanwhile, water contained in the stratum is smoothly discharged through the containing ditch, the vacuum drainage effect is guaranteed, and effective consolidation of the stratum is facilitated. In the subsequent vacuumizing process, the mode of covering water on the film is adopted, the pumped underground water serves as a load, and therefore the water pumping speed is increased, the manufacturing cost is saved, and the construction period is shortened. The problem that when a foundation with a thick soft soil layer is treated, the manufacturing cost is high by adopting a sand vacuum combined preloading foundation treatment method is solved.
