The deformation-controllable foundation pit supporting structure comprises wave retaining walls and multi-stage grouting anchor rods, every two wave retaining walls are connected through a connecting plate, and the connecting plates are connected with the multi-stage grouting anchor rods; the multi-stage grouting anchor rod comprises a drill bit, a hollow outer pipe, a solid inner pipe, a slurry bag and an expansion component, the drill bit is connected with the hollow outer pipe, the hollow outer pipe is connected with the solid inner pipe through the expansion component, the solid inner pipe, the hollow outer pipe and the drill bit can move relatively, and the slurry bag used for storing cement mortar is arranged on the hollow outer pipe and can make contact with the expansion component. The wave retaining wall comprises an arc-shaped steel plate, unit cell bodies and heat-sensitive supporting rods, the unit cell bodies and the heat-sensitive supporting rods are alternately arranged in the arc-shaped steel plate, and the heat-sensitive supporting rods are heated to generate a linear expansion phenomenon. The expansion component can pop out of the hollow outer pipe and pierce the slurry bag, bentonite can absorb water and expand, compactness is improved, active pressure grouting is achieved, soil is reinforced, a multi-stage expansion body is formed, and the stability of a foundation pit supporting structure is improved.
