The invention relates to the technical field of construction monitoring, in particular to a deep foundation pit diaphragm wall deep horizontal displacement monitoring device which comprises a supporting device, a monitoring device and a carrier, the carrier is arranged on the supporting device, the monitoring device is arranged in the carrier and used for measuring the inclination generated when a deep foundation pit horizontally displaces and extrudes a diaphragm wall, and the deep foundation pit diaphragm wall deep horizontal displacement monitoring device further comprises an adjusting and heightening component and a damping part. The adjusting part is arranged on the supporting device, connected with the carrier and used for driving the carrier to move on the supporting device, and the height adjusting part is arranged in the carrier and connected with the monitoring device. The device can be installed, arranged and adjusted according to a to-be-monitored position of an actual deep foundation pit diaphragm wall deep layer, namely, if the to-be-monitored position is in a state of slightly inclining leftwards, being vertical or slightly inclining rightwards, the to-be-monitored position is arranged in an attached mode; by changing the height of the monitoring device on the carrier, a constructor can monitor the horizontal displacement of the deep layer of the underground diaphragm wall of the deep foundation pit in real time at different positions, different depths and different stages.
