Underground diaphragm wall horizontal displacement monitoring method and intelligent monitoring device
An underground diaphragm wall horizontal displacement monitoring method is provided. A measurement and control line used for monitoring a horizontal displacement between two underground diaphragm walls is horizontally arranged between the two underground diaphragm walls, the head end of the measurement and control line is fixed to one underground diaphragm wall, and the tail end of the measurementand control line is wound around a line groove of a rotating shaft in a monitoring instrument. The monitoring instrument is fixedly welded to a steel bar of the other underground diaphragm wall, theaccumulated number of revolutions of the rotating shaft is obtained at preset time intervals, and the horizontal displacement is calculated according to the obtained accumulated number of revolutions.The invention further provides an intelligent monitoring device for implementing the underground diaphragm wall horizontal displacement monitoring method. Intelligent data acquisition can be achieved, the cost is low, the operation is simple, the number of revolutions of the rotating shaft is amplified through a number-of-revolutions amplifying device, and the more accurate measurement result canbe obtained.
一种地下连续墙水平位移监测方法,在两个地下连续墙之间水平设置一根用于监测两个地下连续墙之间水平位移的测控线,测控线的头端固定在其中一个地下连续墙上,测控线的尾端缠绕在监测仪器中转轴的线槽上,监测仪器通过焊接的方式固定在另一面地下连续墙的钢筋上,每隔预定的时间间隔获取转轴的累计转数,根据获取到的累计转数来换算水平位移。本发明还提供一种实施地下连续墙水平位移监测方法的智能监测装置。本发明能实现智能数据采集,成本低、操作简单,通过转数放大装置对转轴的转数进行放大,可以较为精确的体现测量结果。
