The invention relates to a heat preservation module which comprises a plurality of light reflection layers, the light reflection layers are arranged on an outer page wall in a wall body, and the light reflection layers are of a preset shape structure so as to reflect sunlight outdoors and reflect heat radiation indoors. Every two adjacent light reflecting layers in the plurality of light reflecting layers are far away from each other to form a gap with a preset width, so that communication electromagnetic waves can be diffracted at the gap to be conducted into a room; the invention further provides a thermal insulation wall system. The thermal insulation wall system comprises a wall body and a thermal insulation module, wherein the wall body serves as a structural assembly to support the whole system and form a stable structure, and the thermal insulation module is arranged in the wall body. The invention further provides a configuration method of the thermal insulation wall system. The configuration method at least comprises two use scenes of taking the thermal insulation wall as a building outer wall and a building inner wall.
