The present invention provides a thermal insulation module which comprises: a frame unit which comprises: a thermal insulation member; and a plurality of fastening units which wholly or in part are buried in the thermal insulation member, whose one side is combined with a wall, and whose other side is combined with interior materials or exterior materials. The frame unit is extended in a longitudinal direction of the thermal insulation member, and a plurality of frame units are placed in a widthwise direction of the insulation member and separated. Therefore, the frame unit, which is to fasten a wall fixer means with an interior and exterior materials fixer means, is built in the thermal insulation member, and the present invention can prevent thermal insulation performance of the thermal insulation member from decreasing since it does not need to damage the thermal insulation member to fixate the wall with the interior and exterior materials, can improve thermal insulation effects since an airtight construction between the wall and the thermal insulation materials is possible, and can prevent the thermal insulation performance from decreasing and prevent dew condensation since the frame unit is built in the thermal insulation member in the thermal insulation module and since heat exchange by the wall fixer means and the interior and exterior materials fixer means can be prevented.
본 발명은 단열부재 및 단열부재 내에 전부 또는 일부가 매립되며, 일측이 벽체와 결합하고 벽체와 결합하는 일측과 상이한 위치의 타측으로 내장재 또는 외장재가 결합하는 체결부가 복수개 형성된 프레임부를 포함하되, 프레임부는, 단열부재의 길이방향을 따라 연장 형성되고, 복수개가 단열부재의 폭 방향을 따라 이격되게 배치되는 단열재모을 제공한다. 따라서 벽체 고정수단과 내외장재 고정수단과 체결하기 위한 프레임부가 단열부재에 내장된 단열재모듈을 통하여, 벽체와 내외장재와의 고정을 위하여 단열부재를 훼손할 필요가 없어 단열부재의 단열성능 저하를 방지할 수 있으며, 벽체와 단열재와의 기밀시공이 가능하여 단열효과를 향상시킬 수 있으며, 단열재모듈이 프레임부가 단열부재에 내장된 내장형이기 때문에 벽체 고정수단과 내외장재 고정수단으로 인한 열교환을 차단할 수 있어 단열성능저하를 방지하고, 결로 발생을 방지할 수 있다.
