The invention discloses a floor slab supporting structure and a construction method thereof.The floor slab supporting structure comprises two steel beams arranged in a left-right spaced mode and a main keel arranged between the two steel beams, each steel beam is fixedly connected with a height adjusting piece, and the two ends of the main keel are detachably connected with the two height adjusting pieces correspondingly; the height adjusting piece is used for adjusting the height of the main keel; the length of the main keel in the horizontal direction is adjustable; a plurality of secondary keels used for supporting a floor slab are adjustably arranged on the main keels in the horizontal direction, and the secondary keels are detachably connected with the main keels. The floor supporting structure can be erected without the need of completing preliminary maintenance of concrete pouring of the lower floor, meanwhile, the floor supporting structure does not occupy three-dimensional space, cross operation of multiple work types is facilitated, disassembly and assembly are convenient, construction is easy, cost is saved, and the construction efficiency is high.
