The invention relates to the technical field of building floor slab construction, and particularly relates to a concrete composite floor slab and a supporting structure thereof. The concrete composite floor slab comprises a supporting profile and a concrete prefabricated thin slab with a plurality of prestressed steel bars poured inside, and the concrete prefabricated thin slab is detachably connected with the supporting profile. The prestressed steel bars are pre-buried when the concrete prefabricated thin slab is prefabricated in a factory, the strength of the whole floor slab is improved, and therefore the thickness of the prefabricated floor slab can be effectively reduced; a steel bar truss does not need to be arranged, the overall thickness of the prefabricated floor slab is small, and the transportation efficiency is improved. The use amount of the steel bars of the prefabricated floor slab is small, only negative bars need to be arranged during on-site pouring, and the use amount of steel is saved. During placement, supporting is carried out through the supporting profile below the concrete prefabricated thin slab, and when installation is completed, the concrete prefabricated thin slab and the supporting profile are detached, so that the supporting profile can be repeatedly used, and resources are saved.
