The high-strength and high-toughness thin spraying material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of cement, 30-50 parts of filler, 10-30 parts of polymer emulsion and 0.5-2 parts of auxiliaries, the preparation method of the polymer emulsion comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out a reaction on cellulose, glacial acetic acid and acetic anhydride to obtain pretreated cellulose; s2, the pretreated cellulose, n-butyric acid and acetic anhydride react to obtain modified cellulose; and S3, adding the pretreated cellulose into the prepared core-shell emulsion polymer to obtain the polymer emulsion. The thin spraying material prepared by the invention has high strength and toughness and high viscosity.
