The invention discloses a high-toughness thin spraying material for rapid sealing reinforcement of an underground coal mine and a using method of the high-toughness thin spraying material, belongs to the technical field of sealing reinforcement of coal mine tunnels, and aims to provide a thin spraying material which is relatively high in hardening speed, certain in strength, relatively good in toughness, excellent in ageing resistance and capable of reducing or avoiding the rebound rate. The thin spraying material is composed of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is a liquid material composed of water-based polymer resin, and the component B is a powder material composed of Portland cement, sulphoaluminate cement, gypsum, an inorganic filler and a functional auxiliary agent. When being in use, the component A and the component B are mixed on pneumatic spraying equipment according to the proportion, and can be sprayed on site after being uniformly mixed. The spraying equipment is composed of a stirring barrel and a screw pump which are driven by high-pressure air and alternately work, and finally spraying is conducted through a pneumatic nozzle. The thin spraying material disclosed by the invention has the advantages of excellent sealing performance, high strength and large deformation rate, can realize rapid curing, and is safer, more convenient and more efficient in the construction process.
