The invention discloses a concrete combined box beam internally provided with tie bar steel and a box column. The concrete combined box beam comprises a beam body/column body with single-cavity holes or multi-cavity holes. The beam body/column body comprises an outer steel plate, a concrete interlayer and an inner steel plate from outside to inside. A plurality of sets of internal tie bars are arranged between the inner steel plate and the outer steel plate. One ends of the internal steel bars are welded to or fixedly connected to the outer portion of the outer steel plate through bolts, and the other ends of the internal steel bars are welded to or fixedly connected in the inner single-cavity holes or the multi-cavity holes of the inner steel plate through bolts.
