The invention discloses a large-diameter root key cast-in-place pile construction method adopting a complex root key implanting device. The method comprises the construction steps of cast-in-place pile hole drilling, prefabricated root key production, root key jacking and implanting device assembling, prefabricated root key installation, reinforcement cage construction, root key jacking and implanting device lowering, counter-force system construction, root key jacking construction, concrete pouring and the like. The root key jacking and implanting device is composed of an outer cylinder body, an inner cylinder body, a root key storage cabin, a guide sliding groove, a double-thread jack and a root key cover. The root key pushing device is internally provided with a root key storage cabin and a double-thread jack, the pushing device only needs to be lowered into a cast-in-place pile hole once, and the problems that the construction period is long, the construction precision is low, and hole shrinkage and hole collapse are likely to occur when the pushing device is pulled out of the hole, the root key is placed and then the pushing device is lowered into a designated position for pushing in each construction of a traditional root key can be solved. The double-thread jack can realize staggered pushing of upper and lower layers; therefore, the staggered root key cast-in-place pile is formed.
