The preparation process of the environment-friendly baking-free brick comprises the following steps: taking materials, primarily mixing the materials, mixing the materials again, preparing a material body, forming and curing. In the aspect, by adding the silt, the coal cinder, the silicon dioxide and the waste steel bars into the raw materials, the cost can be reduced and the recycling of waste resources can be realized under the condition of improving the overall strength, and by adding the plant fibers into the raw materials, the energy consumption is low, the environment is not polluted, and the weight is light; and secondly, the preparation method is simple in process and low in production cost, and large-scale production can be realized.
