The invention provides a magnesium composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of environment-friendly materials. The preparation method of the magnesium composite material provided by the invention comprises the following steps: mixing active magnesium oxide powder, a magnesium salt solution, a reinforcement, bamboo fibers and a modifier to obtain mixed slurry; molding the mixed slurry to obtain a magnesium composite material green body; and coating the surface of the magnesium composite material blank with the mixed slurry, and curing to obtain the magnesium composite material. According to the invention, the active magnesium oxide powder and the magnesium salt solution are cured and molded to obtain an air hardening cementing material, and a large amount of CO2 can be absorbed from air, so that the microstructure of the magnesium composite material is denser, and the mechanical property reduction degree of the magnesium composite material is reduced; and meanwhile, the material can be naturally degraded, and the degradation products are magnesite, hydromagnesite, magnesium carbonate and other common ore powder in nature, so that the material has no pollution to the environment and organisms.
本发明提供了一种镁质复合材料及其制备方法和应用,涉及环保材料技术领域。本发明提供的镁质复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将活性氧化镁粉、镁盐溶液、增强体、竹纤维和改性剂混合,得到混合浆料;将所述混合浆料成型,得到镁质复合材料坯体;在所述镁质复合材料坯体表面涂覆所述混合浆料,固化后得到镁质复合材料。在本发明中,活性氧化镁粉和镁盐溶液固化成型得到的气硬性胶凝材料,能从空气中吸收大量的CO2,使镁质复合材料的微观结构更为密实,减少镁质复合材料的力学性能下降程度;同时该材料能够自然降解,且降解产物为菱镁矿、水菱镁矿和碳酸镁等自然界中常见的矿石粉末,对环境、对生物无任何污染。
