Liquid drops flowing out of the bottom end of the reaction tank are diffused to the upper part of the reaction tank and are in full contact with reactants in the reaction tank for rapid reaction, so that the situation that dropwise added liquid gathers in the liquid feeding pipe and cannot fully react to generate byproducts is avoided.
