The invention discloses a green and environment-friendly bridge capping beam construction method which comprises the following steps that firstly, a plurality of positioning anchor rods are pre-buried in a pier, the top ends of the positioning anchor rods protrude out of the upper portion of the pier, and a formwork supporting device is installed on the peripheral face of the pier; secondly, a formwork unit is prefabricated in advance, and the formwork unit forms a bent cap formwork structure and is supported on the formwork supporting device; thirdly, component steel bars are prefabricated in advance and integrally hoisted into the bent cap formwork structure, a plurality of temporary auxiliary supporting frames are installed at the top of the side formwork, and the temporary auxiliary supporting frames are combined with positioning anchor rods which are embedded in the pier and extend into the bent cap formwork structure to fix and position the component steel bars; fourthly, cover beam concrete is poured, and the auxiliary supporting frame is dismantled after the concrete is initially set; and 5, after the strength maintenance of the capping beam concrete meets the design requirement, the formwork units and the formwork supporting devices are removed, and capping beam construction is completed. According to the capping beam construction method, on-site rapid assembly construction is achieved through the modularized formworks and the steel bar components, and assembly construction is simple and efficient.
本发明公开了一种绿色环保桥梁盖梁施工方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一、桥墩内预埋有数根定位锚杆,其顶端凸出于桥墩上方,桥墩外周面安装模板支撑装置;步骤二、提前预制模板单元,其形成为盖梁模板结构并支撑于模板支撑装置上;步骤三、提前预制部品化钢筋,并整体吊装至盖梁模板结构内,在侧模顶部安装多个临时的辅助支撑架,其与桥墩内预埋并伸入至盖梁模板结构内的定位锚杆结合固定定位部品化钢筋;步骤四、浇筑盖梁混凝土,待混凝土初凝后拆除辅助支撑架;步骤五、盖梁混凝土强度养护达到设计要求后,拆除模板单元及模板支撑装置,完成盖梁施工。本发明的盖梁施工方法通过模块化的模板、钢筋部品实现现场快速装配施工,装配施工简单高效。
