The invention discloses a construction method for a connection joint of a reinforced concrete beam and a steel tube confined concrete column. The construction method comprises the following operation steps that A, corresponding needed plates are prepared according to drawing design; b, according to the designed hole size, radian and precise positioning of the steel bar penetrating hole, a hole penetrating auxiliary tool is used for forming the steel bar penetrating hole in the plate; c, reinforcing plates and the like are welded, and the welded plates are spliced into a steel pipe column; d, transporting the steel pipe column to a site, and hoisting and splicing the steel pipe column by using a tower crane with a proper model; and E, after the frame body and the formwork are erected, steel bars are perforated and bound, and self-compacting concrete is adopted for pouring. The connection problem of the beam column is solved, the site construction condition is fully considered, the use of corbels is reduced in a perforating mode, the steel consumption is saved by about 10%, the construction cost is reduced, welding at the joint is reduced, the construction quality is effectively improved, and meanwhile the fire-fighting hidden danger caused by much welding work is reduced.
