When the mixing amount of the prepared foam stabilizing and anti-carbonization reinforcing agent is 2.8-8.8%, the 1-hour bleeding rate of foam is smaller than or equal to 10%, the 7-day strength of all-solid-waste foam concrete is improved by 30% or above, the 28-day strength is improved by 20% or above, and the 28-day anti-carbonization capacity is improved by 20% or above.
