The concrete disclosed by the invention is not doped with a flocculating agent or a tackifier, so that the concrete is easily extruded from a printing nozzle, the interlayer bonding performance is good after the concrete is printed and placed, and an interface gap is not formed. The underwater 3D printing concrete provided by the invention is not influenced by the anti-dispersing agent, so that the mixing proportion design is more flexible, the application range is wider, the strength after molding is higher, and the strength can reach C40 or above when the underwater 3D printing concrete is cured in water.
