Concrete slurry for underwater 3D printing and construction method
The invention discloses concrete slurry for underwater 3D printing, and belongs to the technical field of building materials, the slurry comprises a main material, an auxiliary material and a recycled material, the main material comprises, by weight, 100-120 parts of cement, 15-30 parts of silica fume, 10-15 parts of coral sand, 8-12 parts of quartz sand and 35-40 parts of water; the auxiliary material is prepared from 1 to 2.5 parts of a water reducing agent, 1 to 1.5 parts of an anti-dispersing agent, 0.5 to 1 part of cellulose and 0.8 to 1.5 parts of vegetable gum; the recycled material is a marine recycled plastic body and comprises 20-35 parts of polyethylene glycol terephthalate and/or polystyrene and/or polypropylene and/or polyethylene. The underwater 3D printing concrete slurry provided by the invention can meet the fluidity during printing and also meets the requirement of dispersion resistance, and the marine litter recycled material is combined with the applied substance, so that the substance can be consumed on the premise of not influencing the practicability of the product provided by the invention, and environmental protection is facilitated.
