The method comprises the following steps: designing a prefabricated body structure; preparing a core body structure; weaving a cladding structure; the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a ceramic coating, sewing, preparing an interface layer, performing densification treatment, performing thread processing, and finally preparing the ceramic coating by adopting a chemical vapor deposition method, thereby obtaining the ceramic-based composite material bolt based on the long-rod-shaped preform structure. According to the method, the strength of the stud and the strength of the thread teeth are synergistically improved, and the problem that in the prior art, due to the fact that 2D and 3DN bolts are adopted for CMC-SiC mechanical connection, due to non-uniform bearing of the thread teeth, part of the thread teeth are prone to being broken is solved.
