The invention discloses an electromagnetic shielding composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out surface pretreatment on a carbon fiber preform, and then carrying out vacuum impregnation on the carbon fiber preform; (2) carrying out CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) treatment on the impregnated CF to obtain a CNTs/CF preform; and (3) taking the CNTs/CF prefabricated body as a substrate, depositing a matrix on the prefabricated body, and carrying out densification treatment to finally obtain the CNTs/C/SiC composite material. The electromagnetic shielding composite material provided by the invention shows excellent electromagnetic shielding performance and has a wide application prospect in the field of electromagnetic protection of aerospace.
本发明公开了一种电磁屏蔽复合材料及其制备方法。所述制备方法包括如下步骤：(1)对碳纤维预制体进行表面预处理，随后将碳纤维预制体进行真空浸渍。(2)对浸渍后的CF进行CVD处理得到CNTs/CF预制体。(3)将CNTs/CF预制体作为基底，对预制体沉积基体并进行致密化处理，最终得到CNTs‑C/SiC复合材料。本发明提供的电磁屏蔽复合材料表现出优异的电磁屏蔽性能，在航空航天的电磁防护领域具有广阔的应用前景。
