Rail grinding device for railway engineering
A rail polishing device for railway engineering belongs to the field of rail polishing devices. The rail derusting and polishing device is mainly designed for solving the problem that an existing rail derusting and polishing device is low in working efficiency. The polishing machine comprises a machine body, and four polishing mechanisms and a power assembly are arranged on the machine body; and the slide block in the chute and the side wall of the chute are connected with a spring. A motor of the polishing mechanism is fixed to the top of the sliding block, a mounting shell is arranged on the lower portion of an output shaft of the motor, first polishing pieces are arranged in mounting openings of the mounting shell, and moving blocks fixed to the first polishing pieces are arranged in moving grooves in the mounting shell and fixed to the moving grooves through springs. The motor output shaft is sleeved with the ring sleeve, a fixing rod of the ring sleeve extends into a fixing hole of the motor output shaft, and an ejector rod is arranged at the top of the first grinding piece. An air cavity is formed in a round block in the installation shell, a connecting pipe is arranged on the top of the air cavity, an air exhaust hole is formed in the bottom of the air cavity, and a pull rod on a piston in the air cavity is fixed to the first grinding piece. Round holes are formed in the bottom of the mounting shell. The device has the advantage of high grinding efficiency.
