The device comprises a fixing ring, wherein a mounting plate is fixed on one side of the fixing ring; a plurality of positioning holes are formed in the surface of the mounting plate, and fishing rods are movably connected into the positioning holes; a limiting plate is fixed to one end of the fishing rod, a first threaded rod is fixed to one end of the limiting plate and penetrates through the positioning hole, and the outer ring of the first threaded rod is in threaded connection with a first threaded pipe; positioning plates are fixed to the ends, away from the limiting plates, of the fishing rods; a plurality of positioning grooves are formed in the surface of the reinforcing block, and a limiting groove is formed in one side of each positioning groove. Through the effect of the fishing rods, the arrangement of the fishing rods in the fishing device can be flexibly adjusted according to the sizes of fish fries in a culture pond, the situation that the fish fries are caught by mistake in the sundry fishing process is avoided, the assembling process is rapid and convenient, and a user can conveniently and flexibly adjust the fishing device according to the conditions of different culture ponds.
