The invention discloses an ecological slope protection method for a water-level-fluctuating zone of a regulation and storage reservoir through combination of microorganism solidification and plants. The ecological slope protection method comprises the following steps that a soil body needing to be improved at the water-level-fluctuating zone is dug out, and a backfilling groove is formed; uniformly mixing and stirring the prepared microorganism slurry and the dug soil body to obtain microorganism mixed soil; microbe mixed soil is backfilled into the backfilling groove and compacted; planting holes are formed in the compacted improved soil body; plants are planted in the planting holes. According to the method, initial improvement is conducted on the surface soil body of the hydro-fluctuation belt in a microorganism solidification mode, amphibious plants are planted on the improved soil body to be linked with the improved soil body, microorganism solidified soil and bottom original soil are linked through plant root systems, the toughness of the solidified soil is enhanced through the root systems, and the scouring resistance, disintegration resistance and freeze-thaw resistance of the solidified soil are improved; plant stems and leaves are used for counteracting impact force of stormy waves, runoff and rainwater falling, the biological diversity of the hydro-fluctuation belt of the regulation and storage reservoir is improved, and the ecological landscape function is improved.
