System and method for preparing ceramsite and activated carbon by utilizing biomass gasification product
The invention discloses a system and method for preparing ceramsite and activated carbon from biomass gasification products, the system comprises a biomass gasification system, a biochar activation system and a ceramsite firing system which are connected in sequence, and heat energy of high-temperature combustible gas generated by the biomass gasification system provides reaction conditions for the biochar activation system; the heat supply system is used as fuel for supplying heat to the ceramsite firing system; biochar generated by the biomass gasification system is activated into activated carbon through the biochar activation system, the activated carbon is used for tail gas treatment of the ceramsite firing system, and inactivated activated carbon subjected to tail gas treatment serves as a ceramsite preparation raw material and is recycled back to the ceramsite firing system. The whole system is energy-saving, pollution-free, high in energy conversion and utilization rate and rich in product, and can efficiently perform resource utilization of solid wastes.
本发明公开了一种利用生物质气化产物制备陶粒和活性炭的系统和方法,系统包括依次连接的生物质气化系统、生物炭活化系统和陶粒烧制系统,所述生物质气化系统产生的高温可燃气热能为所述生物炭活化系统提供反应条件,并作为燃料为所述陶粒烧制系统供热;生物质气化系统产生的生物炭经生物炭活化系统活化为活性炭,用于陶粒烧制系统的尾气处理,经尾气处理后的失活活性炭作为陶粒制备原料再循环回陶粒烧制系统。整个系统节能无污染,能源转化利用率高,产品丰富,可高效进行固体废弃物的资源化利用。
