Method for preparing ceramsite by utilizing sludge of sewage treatment plant
The invention provides a method for preparing ceramsite from sludge of a sewage treatment plant, and belongs to the technical field of sludge recycling and resource utilization. According to the method, sludge of a sewage treatment plant is taken as a main raw material, kaolin, glass powder, rice hull powder, a fluxing agent and a binder are taken as auxiliary materials; the method comprises the following steps: firstly, pretreating the sludge and kaolin produced by the sewage treatment plant; mixing the sludge, the kaolin, the glass powder, the rice hull powder and the fluxing agent according to a certain proportion to obtain a mixed material; carrying out primary granulation on the mixed material to prepare a spherical ceramsite raw material semi-finished product, continuously adding the raw materials, mixing, carrying out secondary granulation to obtain a spherical ceramsite raw material, and infiltrating the spherical ceramsite raw material in fly ash slurry; and drying, preheating, roasting and cooling the raw materials to complete the preparation of the sludge ceramsite. The ceramsite prepared by the method is high in compressive strength and low in stacking density, sludge treatment cost is reduced by taking sludge as a main raw material to prepare the ceramsite, secondary pollution risk of the sludge is reduced, and the ceramsite has good economic benefit and environmental benefit.
本发明提供了一种利用污水处理厂污泥制备陶粒的方法,属于污泥回收资源化利用技术领域。该方法以污水处理厂污泥为主原料,以高岭土、玻璃粉、稻壳粉、助熔剂和粘结剂为辅料,首先对污水处理厂产出的污泥以及高岭土进行预处理;再以一定比例将污泥、高岭土、玻璃粉、稻壳粉和助熔剂进行混合得混合物料;再将混合物料进行第一次造粒,制得球形陶粒生料半成品,并继续添加原料混合进行第二次造粒得到球形陶粒生料,后放入粉煤灰浆料中浸润;经过干燥、预热、焙烧和冷却后完成污泥陶粒的制备。本发明制备的陶粒抗压强度大,堆积密度小,以污泥为主原料制备陶粒降低了污泥处理的成本,而且减少了污泥的二次污染风险,具有很好的经济效益和环境效益。
