The invention discloses a rail laying device for urban rail shield interval construction and a using method thereof.The rail laying device comprises a first adjusting mechanism, the first adjusting mechanism comprises a first bottom frame and a limiting part, and limiting grooves are formed in the positions, close to the edges of the two ends, of the inner bottom face of the first bottom frame; the two sides, close to the center, of the inner bottom face of the first bottom frame are each provided with a set of threaded holes, and four threaded holes are formed in each set. According to the lifting device, when the lifting device is used, an adjusting shaft is rotated, then the rotating adjusting shaft can effectively drive a corresponding worm to rotate through a linkage bevel gear, and then the rotating worm can be matched with a worm gear to drive a corresponding lifting threaded rod to rotate; and the using height of the lifting frame can be effectively adjusted by limiting the position of the rotating lifting threaded rod in the containing groove, then the moving wheels can be gradually higher than the inner bottom faces of the first bottom frame and the second bottom frame, and then the rail body is placed between the tops of the multiple corresponding moving wheels.
