The invention belongs to the technical field of building foundation construction, and particularly relates to a construction method for integral pouring forming of a bearing platform and a beam slab and a building founde.The construction method comprises the steps that firstly, after integral soil backfilling is conducted in a field area to the lower elevation of a designed bottom plate cushion layer, a plurality of foundation trenches are dug in a radial shape towards the periphery with a pile head as a base point; a formwork is erected in the foundation trench, concrete is poured between the formwork and the wall face of the foundation trench and on the backfill soil, and a concrete interlayer is formed; performing waterproof construction on the surface of the concrete interlayer; and finally, bearing platform steel bars, foundation beam steel bars and bottom plate steel bars are arranged, concrete pouring construction is conducted, soil is completely backfilled to the designed elevation in advance, then subsequent construction is conducted, the bearing platform and a beam plate are integrally poured and formed at a time, rework caused by procedure interpenetration is avoided, and construction is more convenient. The building foundation comprises the bearing platform, the foundation beam and the bottom plate which are built through the construction method for integral pouring forming of the bearing platform and the beam plate, the building construction period is shorter, the cost is lower, and the bearing capacity is higher.
