Novel connecting structure between GFRP shear connector and composite wallboard
The invention discloses a novel GFRP shear connector and composite wallboard connecting structure which comprises an embedded strip arranged on the side of a reinforcement cage in a beam body and a composite wallboard attached to the beam body, connecting columns are vertically and evenly arranged on the embedded strip, the connecting columns are sleeved with GFRP reinforcing sleeves, and the GFRP reinforcing sleeves are pre-arranged in the beam body. When the composite wallboard is disassembled and replaced, the composite wallboard can be reinstalled according to the mode when the composite wallboard is disassembled and replaced only by inserting a hexagon wrench into the rotating head to rotate clockwise and driving the sliding frame to move outwards, and after the composite wallboard is installed, the embedded strips are fixed through traction of the reinforcement cage, so that the anti-pulling capacity of the embedded strips is high, and the construction efficiency is improved. The connecting columns welded on the pre-buried strips are sleeved with the GFRP reinforcing sleeves, the GFRP reinforcing sleeves have very strong anti-breaking and anti-shearing effects, and as the GFRP reinforcing sleeves are embedded and fixed in the beam body, the supporting performance and the anti-shearing capacity of the GFRP reinforcing sleeves are enhanced, and when the composite wall body is impacted, the joint of the composite wall plate and the beam body cannot be separated.
本发明公开了一种新型GFRP抗剪连接与复合墙板之间的连接结构,包括设置在梁体内钢筋笼边侧的预埋条以及贴合梁体的复合墙板,预埋条上竖向均匀设置有连接柱,连接柱上套设有GFRP加固套且GFRP加固套预设在梁体内。只需将六角扳手插入旋头内顺转,带动滑移架向外侧移动,使得插套脱出连接柱和GFRP加固套,即完成拆卸,更换复合墙板时,按照上述方式重新安装即可,而在安装后,通过钢筋笼的牵引固定,使得预埋条抗拔能力强,而焊接在预埋条上的连接柱套设有GFRP加固套,GFRP加固套具有很强的抗断和抗剪效果,由于其被嵌固在梁体内,其支撑性和抗剪能力得到加强,因此在复合墙体受到冲击时,复合墙板与梁体贴合处不会脱离。
