The invention provides an adjusting and mounting adapter of a circular pipe for curtain wall decoration and a construction method of the adjusting and mounting adapter. The adapter comprises a length adjusting assembly, a radial angle adjusting assembly and a circular tube fixing assembly. The length adjusting assembly comprises a first support and a second support, wherein the first support is perpendicular to a round pipe installation base face and fixedly connected with the installation base face, and the second support is in threaded connection with the first support. The radial angle adjusting assembly comprises a circular pipe connecting piece; the circular pipe connecting piece comprises an arc-shaped bracket and a connecting plate extending outwards from the bottom of the arc-shaped bracket. The mounting distance between the circular pipe for curtain wall decoration and the mounting base plane can be adjusted through the multi-dimensional adjustment adapter, meanwhile, radial adjustment is conducted according to the fitting angle direction of the curvature of the circular pipe, factory prefabrication can be achieved, on-site retest is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved; the mounting precision is high, and the circular tube mounting line is more beautiful.
