The invention discloses a construction method of an autoclaved aerated concrete precast slab, which belongs to the technical field of aerated concrete production, and comprises the following steps of: manufacturing a mold, binding reinforcing steel bars, pre-burying hook bolts, a water stop strip and a connecting piece according to the required shape; pouring common concrete, setting and hardening, and performing autoclaved curing; after the autoclaved aerated wallboard is confirmed to be free of quality problems such as cracks, edge missing and corner falling, the ground base layer at the position where the autoclaved aerated wallboard is installed is cleaned, and the plane of the base layer is chiseled to be flat; according to construction drawings, hole position lines are popped up on structural beam plates on the ground and the top face of the floor slab through a theodolite and a laser level gauge, the position of the lightweight concrete floor slab is marked, and the L-shaped angle steel is fixed; and the autoclaved aerated wallboard is installed. The problems that in the prior art, leakage is caused due to the fact that joints between wallboards are not tight, the sound insulation effect is poor, cracks are likely to appear on the outer surfaces of the wallboards, the prefabricated slabs deviate in the installation process, wall board abutted seams are uneven, and the installation difficulty is large are solved.
本发明公开了一种蒸压加气混凝土预制板的施工方法,属于加气混凝土生产技术领域,包括以下步骤:依据所需形状制作模具,钢筋绑扎,预埋钩头螺栓、止水片以及连接件;浇筑普通混凝土,凝结硬化、蒸压养护;进场验收确认蒸压加气墙板无裂缝、缺棱掉角等质量问题,对安装蒸压加气墙板位置的地面基层进行清理,并对基层平面进行凿平处理;根据施工图纸用经纬仪和激光水准仪,在地面上和楼板顶面的结构梁板弹出洞口位置线,标明轻质混凝土楼板的位置,固定L型角钢;安装蒸压加气墙板。本发明解决了现有技术存在的墙板之间接缝不严密造成渗漏、隔声效果不佳、墙板外表面易出现裂缝以及预制板在安装过程中偏移墙板拼缝不齐、安装难度大等问题。
