The invention discloses a clutch reversing mechanism and a lock body with the clutch reversing mechanism, and the clutch reversing mechanism comprises a clutch seat which is provided with a shaft hole and a pin hole which are communicated with each other and form a preset included angle; the clutch pin is telescopically and movably arranged in the pin hole and is subjected to bias pressure tending to deviate from the shaft hole; the two groups of transmission components are arranged in the shaft hole of the clutch seat in parallel along the axial direction and can rotate relative to the clutch seat; clutch grooves allowing the clutch pins to be inserted or disengaged are formed in the two transmission assemblies respectively. The clutch pin can be inserted into or separated from the two clutch grooves at the same time in the telescopic movement process; and the reversing assembly is movably arranged on the clutch seat, and the reversing assembly moves between the positions corresponding to the different transmission assemblies and is in limiting fit with the transmission assembly corresponding to the position, so that the clutch seat is fixed to one of the two transmission assemblies. According to the clutch reversing mechanism, reversing can be conveniently and rapidly achieved by moving the reversing assembly, and disassembly and assembly are not needed.
