The invention provides a railway vehicle door control circuit and a railway vehicle, the circuit comprises a door enabling operation module, a door opening operation module, a door closing operation module, a door selection switch, a left side door controller and a right side door controller, the door enabling operation module comprises a left enabling switch and a right enabling switch which are connected in parallel, the left enabling switch is connected to the left side door controller, and the right enabling switch is connected to the right side door controller. The right enabling switch is connected to the right door controller; the door opening operation module comprises a left door opening switch and a right door opening switch which are connected in parallel, the left door opening switch is connected to the left door controller, and the right door opening switch is connected to the right door controller; the door selection switch comprises a first door selection contact and a second door selection contact which are interlocked, the first door selection contact is connected with the left enabling switch in series, and the second door selection contact is connected with the right enabling switch in series. The defect that in the prior art, a rail vehicle door is prone to misoperation, so that an opposite side vehicle door is mistakenly opened is overcome, and safe opening and closing of the rail vehicle door are achieved.
