The method comprises the following steps: prefabricating a plurality of concrete fixing blocks; determining the position of a fixing point of the entrance door, and marking the mounting position of a concrete fixing block on the autoclaved aerated concrete slab according to the position of the fixing point of the entrance door; according to the marked mounting positions of the concrete fixing blocks, forming pre-buried holes in the autoclaved aerated concrete slab by using a rhinestone; the surface of the concrete fixing block is coated with neat cement paste, and then the concrete fixing block coated with the neat cement paste is embedded into the pre-buried hole; and the entrance door is connected with the concrete fixing blocks through expansion bolts, and installation and reinforcement of the entrance door are completed. The embedded concrete fixing block is adopted, the strength of the concrete fixing block can meet the fixing requirement of an expansion bolt, under the action of neat cement paste, the concrete fixing block and the autoclaved aerated concrete plate are tightly combined, the construction quality requirement can be met, and the construction cost is reduced.
