The invention relates to a preparation method of polyurea modified epoxy resin mortar, which is used for preparing the polyurea modified epoxy resin mortar with high toughness, high strength, long initial setting time, low shrinkage, excellent cohesiveness and low cost on the basis of components such as epoxy resin emulsion and polyurea coating according to a constrained proportional relation among the components. The cement-based tunnel lining repairing material is formed; further designing the optimal proportion application of the component proportion, taking the condition that the target setting time meets the target bonding strength as the constraint, and taking the lowest preparation cost as the target, constructing a function, and optimizing the ring-ash ratio and the doping ratio of the polyurea coating to the cement; the target setting time of the polyurea modified epoxy resin mortar meets the target bonding strength, the actual application efficiency of the cement-based tunnel lining repairing material is further improved, and the defects that an existing epoxy resin repairing material is large in brittleness, poor in toughness, high in price and the like are overcome; the method is suitable for repairing defects such as tunnel lining cracks, falling and vacancy.
本发明涉及一种聚脲改性环氧树脂砂浆制备方法,基于环氧树脂乳液、聚脲涂料等成分,根据各成分之间约束的比例关系,制备获得韧性高、强度大、初凝时间长、低收缩、粘结性优良、且成本低的聚脲改性环氧树脂砂浆,构成水泥基隧道衬砌修补材料;进一步设计关于成分比例的最优配比应用,以目标凝结时间满足目标粘接强度为约束,制备成本最低为目标,构建函数并最优环灰比值、最优聚脲涂料与水泥的掺量比值,进而具体获得目标凝结时间满足目标粘接强度的最优配比聚脲改性环氧树脂砂浆,进一步提高了水泥基隧道衬砌修补材料在实际的应用效率,弥补了现有环氧树脂类修复材料脆性大、韧性较差、价格贵等缺点,适用于隧道衬砌裂缝、脱落、空缺等缺陷的修补。
